Job Title : Childrens Home Manager Location : Home based in Southend Client Group : Vulnerable Young People Salary : £47,000 + (Depending On Experience) What Youll Bring As a Children's Home Manager Qualifications : NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Childrens Services (or equivalent). Experience : Proven experience managing a childrens residential home, with a track record of securing good or great CQC ratings. CQC Registration : You must be a registered CQC manager. Knowledge : A strong grasp of child protection legislation, therapeutic approaches, and best practices in childrens care. Skills : Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
