Business Development Manager - Bradford

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strong relationships within the logistics industry.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday

Salary 40,000 + 5,000 car allowance +Commission

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics sector
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to potential clients
• Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Specifications

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager (BDM) within the logistics industry
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Requirements

• Experience as a BDM or sales within the Transport or logistics industry.
• 3 Years minimum working as a BDM.
• A motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth
