We have an amazing opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer, to join an award-winning organisation, voted one of the UK’s top 25 IT companies to work for in the UK and also a Microsoft Solutions Partner. Our client, a leading Managed Service Provider is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer (or 1st Line Engineer looking to take the next step in their career), to join their expanding service desk team. You will take a supporting role in the management and resolution of the customer’s technical issues. Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and client service skills, with a ‘can do’ attitude. Previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is essential. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days remote). Essential Certifications required for this role, are either MS-900, AZ-900 or SC-900. Essential Experience: * MSP background * 2-3 years’ experience in a 1st/2nd Line role * Experience of working for an ITIL framework in a service desk environment * Microsoft Windows Server (Apply online only) * Microsoft 365 support for email, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams * Active Directory Management * Windows 10, 11 Operating System Support * Apple OS and Apple Mac support experience * Microsoft Office Suite * Backup Technologies such as DATTO, Acronis * Laptop/desktop and thin client support
