The BMS Sales Manager Position
To be successful in this position, you will have BMS knowledge and previous experience in sales or a similar role. You will be able to maximize the company s contract base, generate new business opportunities and promote the company further. You will be required to take over full sales cycle, including enquiry, quotation, order confirmation and then handover to project management and operations team.
Responsibilities
- Focus on client growth through proactive sales and networking with new customers, as well as maintaining customer satisfaction within existing clients
- Working B2B and B2C
- Developing effective sales strategies and pricing models for expansion
- Negotiating new deals, contracts, terms & conditions
- Preparing presentations, promoting products and services
- Gain understanding of customers personal or business needs and apply product / service to meet their expectations
- Manage and influence key decision makers at all levels, working with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide demonstrations, training and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services
Requirements
- Ability to discuss value of BMS solutions to customers, both technical and non-technical
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, professional telephone manner
- Proven previous experience in sales
- Great consultative approach and have throughout understanding of the products and services offered to the clients
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Solid technical knowledge or engineering background is essential
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Being able to work well independently and/or as part of the team
- Commercial awareness
- IT, CCTV, access control knowledge would be a plus
What s in it for you?
Salary is circa £50,000 open to negotiation, depending on experience
Full Time: 37.5hrs per week
Holiday: 25Days + Bank Holidays per year
Commission on projects sales to be negotiated
Commission on software sales to be negotiated
Location Working from home, with a London based office.
