Main duties: To assist and support customers with technical questions and problems while providing outstanding customer service The role: - Respond to technical enquiries from distributors, resellers and end users via email, web chat, live chat and social media - Resolve any issues from customers within a dedicated time frame - Keep up to date on products - Ensure all correspondence is recorded and kept up to date - Escalate customer issues as needed to the relevant departments - Attend regular staff meetings and provide reports as needed The candidate: - Fluent in German (written & spoken) essential - Previous experience in technical support or customer service - Knowledge of computer systems and networks beneficial - Excellent communication skills - Customer service focused - Confident, proactive & dynamic - Computer literate (excel, outlook, CRM system) The salary: up to £29,500 depending on experience plus great benefits French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
