Court of Protection Paralegal

We are delighted to be working with this Horncastle based firm, who are looking for a Court of Protection Paralegal on a permanent full-time basis. Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Typical duties include: * File opening * Dealing with all initial enquiries * Dealing with the Court of Protection * Sending routine correspondence * Visiting clients and liaising with relevant the Deputy, Attorney or Representative as appropriate * Dealing with the general management of the clients personal affairs * Liaising with care homes / family members * Data inputting i.e. bank statements and ensuring records are kept up-to-date Candidate specification: * Experience as a Paralegal within Court of Protection matters * Degree or a similar qualification * Employment experience within a legal firm * Excellent written and verbal skills * Excellent IT skills * Ability to work within a team or as an individual * Outstanding organisation skills If this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Antonio ASAP or apply via this advert!
