Alchemy is working with a high-end design studio who are looking to appoint an Operations and Communications Assistant to join their dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a worldwide luxury brand as it continues to transform and grow. Responsibilities: Delivering sales, operations, and marketing support. Daily inventory control, which includes maintaining, ordering, packing and shipping. Overall control over the office and showroom, including overseeing equipment upkeep. Distributing newsletters, press releases, and emails. Arranging travel, handling spending, and setting up meetings on the management's behalf. Creating and keeping a team calendar with important events and dates. Scheduling invoices and shipments and storing records on disc. Providing administrative support company wide. CRM: proposing measures to increase sales by utilising the client database. Submitting mailer layouts and content for management approval. Submitting weekly reports and updates to management regarding deliverables. Serving as the company’s brand ambassador and advancing the company's marketing. Conduct market research and suggest fresh concepts. Ensuring that assignments are delivered on schedule by following up with relevant parties. Requirements: Experience in a similar position within a design, art or architect organisation. Experience in Microsoft Office and other data management software. InDesign or Photoshop experience, bonus. Native/fluent in English, other languages bonus.
