Business Unit Manager / Branch Manager - Fabrication & Powder Coating Are you looking for the chance to progress your career with the sheet metal fabrication industry? Due to a recent buy out, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager to lead this well established sheet metal fabrication business. With potential for shared ownership, this could be a rewarding role for the right candidate. The role Manage a small team of Fabrication Engineers on site Drive new business opportunities as well as develop existing accounts Ensure workshop is running efficiently and safely Work closely with the Company Director to assist with day to day running of the business. You: Sound experience in sheet metal fabrication / enclosures / powder coating Good all round knowledge of leading a business or department Work flexibly and able to multi task.
