Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Wetherby. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to negotiate and close deals, and a proactive approach to business development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction or building industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of soundproofing and acoustic solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
