Chef de partie

Position: Chef de partie Location: Newbury Sector: Restaurant Salary: £14 per hour plus tronc (45 hours a week) We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de partie who has a deep curiosity and interest in cooking with seasonal produce from growers who care. This role is central to our clients very small kitchen team and would include day to day kitchen duties as well as cooking and presenting their dishes. The site is currently open mainly daytime with 2 evening services of Friday and Saturday.
