Community Care Assistant

Community Care/ Home care We are currently recruiting experienced and committed Community Care Assistants- Home Care Assistants to deliver quality care to clients who require specialised end of life care within their own homes, work is wide based throughout the Sheffield area. As part of the home care team you will be required to administer medication or assist clients with medication. You must be able demonstrate your experince in working with clients and medication, and have a full understanding of electronic recording systems including controlled pain relief. As an experienced Community Care Assistant with a Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle, you will be paid £11.75 - £12.75 per hour with an extra £1.50 per call. Specialised training will be provided and you will be paid for your Shadow Shifts.
