A Maintenance Technician is required in IV17. Call Adam on . Joinery - replacing doors and door locks, replacing windows and window panes. Plumbing - disconnecting and refitting pipes for sinks. Painting - refreshing and snagging between tenants. Masonry - repairing paths and steps.
What to know about this job:
A clean UK driving licence is required. 37 hours per week. Paid weekly. Hourly rate up to £17.71.
