This role isn t for the faint-hearted because these aren t your average products this is all about Food and FMCG, and as Regional Sales Manager, your mission is simple: grow sales and profits.
Easy, right?
You ll be managing a team of Area Sales Managers across the South Division (think Birmingham, South Wales, and the South West).
The Role
- You'll need to lead and motivate your team to hit targets, keep margins in check, and keep the customers coming back for more.
- That means you ll be in the field with your team, making sure they re on top of their game and delivering a service that s as good as the products.
- And yes, you ll be leading from the front with key accounts, too.

What you'll need:
- A solid background in people management (you've done this before, and you're good at it).

- Knowledge of the B2B, foodservice, or FMCG world you need to understand the game to win it.
