Key Responsibilities: As a Property Management Assistant at Pinnacle Property Management, you will: Assist property managers in the day-to-day management of leasehold properties. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Respond to enquiries and maintain positive relations with residents. Assist in preparing lease agreements, invoices, and notices. Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, payments, and communications. Conduct property inspections and document findings. Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and expense reconciliations. Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property repairs and maintenance. Ensure compliance with lease agreements, health and safety regulations, and property management policies. Support property managers in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization. Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Key Requirements: Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or a related field is advantageous. Strong organizational abilities to manage property-related tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, property managers, and contractors. Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulations. Ability to handle resident enquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and experience with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Capability to resolve property-related issues promptly and effectively. Ability to collaborate with property managers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
