We are looking for a Customer Service & Administration Manager with management experience to work for a successful company in Romsey. This is a busy and varied role where you will have 4 direct reports and will work closely with other department managers to ensure processes run smoothly. Within your role you will be required to build relationships at all levels with customers and internally and you must have a warm and approachable nature. You will also be required to oversee a variety of admin based tasks and must enjoy a varied role that incorporates all areas of the business. You must have an excellent telephone manner and a high attention to detail as well as the ability to juggle a number of tasks at the same time. The Customer Service Manager role Working as part of a senior leadership team, this is very much a customer service driven role where you will be supporting many areas of the business. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the team and will be dealing with customers with regards to escalated complaints. You will also be required to deal with delivery issues and handle queries relating to orders. There is a large amount of administration within the role that requires a good attention to detail. It will be busy and at times you will need to juggle a number of different tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing an excellent level of service and who wants to work for a small company where you can really make a difference. The ideal candidate In order to be considered for this role, you will have previous office based supervisory experience in a Customer Service driven role. You will also need to have strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a small team. You must be confident and professional in your approach and need to have a friendly, personable and welcoming manner. A good level of MS Excel is essential and it is vital that you are resilient and able to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment. Problem solving skills are crucial as you will be thrown all sorts of challenges! The working environment is relaxed but busy and you will need to be calm in your approach!
