My client are an independently owned, building consultancy and property management firm, who are nationwide, seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their central London based team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned Senior Building Surveyor, who is keen to join a progressive firm, with a strong and interesting portfolio of clients and schemes across the commercial sector. Your role as the new Senior Building Surveyor will be to deliver a diverse set of services, from professional dilapidations, defect diagnosis and due diligence, to project management, contract administration and designer based duties. Person specification This role will suit a chartered Senior Building Surveyor who has diverse technical knowledge and is confident running projects alone.
