Senior Recruitment Consultant - Finance £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum + Commission Are you a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant looking to advance your career into a senior role? Search Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Transactional Finance team in Leeds, to work alongside our director with over 18 years of market experience. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will need to be enthusiastic and have proven experience in running and managing a 360 desk. Your responsibilities will include taking on a mentor role to junior members of staff, finding new business opportunities, registering candidates, and overseeing the entire recruitment process. The transactional finance market is currently booming, and you can expect to make an impact and start generating revenue from day one of joining the team! You will receive basic refresher and sales-based training while enrolling in our Management Development Course if you want to move into a leadership role. This course is led by our Head of Talent Development, who will support your career development and help you work your way up the career ladder to become a director. Monthly, quarterly and annual bonus payments paying up to 40% on all revenue generated and a 0% threshold in your first six months. Generous car allowance in addition to your basic salary. The ability to develop new business through B2B outbound calling. A desire to coach and manage a team. Confident with the ability to build rapport quickly.
