Azure Lead DevOps Engineer Inside IR35 Hybrid working Job Description (skills) As a team we continuously improve and support several internal products for the business. The Products perform various functions from Procurement to Health and Safety. We are looking for people that can: * Design, develop and maintain function/web applications as part of an agile team on an Azure platform. * Ensure requirements are comprehensively understood before development commences. Collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements and identify potential solutions. * Develop and maintain solutions that add value to the business. This includes developing and implementing new features, fixing issues and optimising performance. * Code according to industry standards and specifications by ensuring: secure, clean, maintainable and efficient code. * Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle, including: analysis, planning, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance. * Producing and maintaining design, configuration and process documentation. * Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. * Excellent understanding of Agile SCRUM * Good microservices development experience * Experience with problem solving and analytical skills * Understanding of software testing technologies and methodologies * Experience with ITIL Processes * Experience working with heavily integrated development solutions Programming Languages and Technologies: Angular and Node Development Team * Good Angular (front end) and NodeJS (back end) development experience * Azure B2C The technologies we develop on or with (both teams): * Azure DevOps Tool (ADO) for: o Repositories o CI/CD Pipelines o Wiki Docs o SCRUM Board * Azure Platform Technologies: o Azure APIs (APIM) o Azure Data Factory o Azure Functions o Azure CosmosDB o Azure Blob storage o Azure Event Hub/Grid o Azure Authentication products (AD, AAD) o Azure App Insights o Azure Key Vault * Git * YAML * HTML, CSS and PHP * SQL * Send Grid * Visual Studio Bonus Technologies which would be a bonus but not a requirement (but not required) * Selenium * Azure App Gateway * ETL Tooling (Current Angular/Node project) ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
