The School A pupil referral unit (PRU) catering for students who are at risk of permeant exclusion. Most students have ACEs and many have an EHCP. Ages range from primary to KS4. Role/Responsibilities Supporting students with significant SEMH needs. You will be working in a primary or secondary site, depending on your experience and skills. Much of the role will involve therapeutic intervention to support self-regulation. You will be working one-on-one and with small groups. Essential Criteria Strong communication and collaboration skills High levels of patience and resilience Sensitivity and compassion Confident in managing challenging behaviour using a therapeutic approach Experience working with students who have ACEs and SEMH needs Desirable Criteria Teaching Assistant qualification What can Five Education offer you?
