Title: Administrative Assistant – Procurement

Location: West Lothian, Scotland

Type: Contract 12 months (initially) - 15 hours per week


Planet Pharma are partnered with a market-leading pharmaceutical company that require an Admin Assistant to join their procurement team.


Requirements:


  • Administrative experience with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and JDE 9.2 (preferred but not required)


This role offers a unique opportunity for any administrative professional looking to advance their career, gain experience in procurement and work within the pharmaceutical industry.


This is a 12-month contract initially, with a commitment of 3 hours per day, 5 days a week. You’ll have the flexibility to choose morning or afternoon hours, allowing you to work on your terms and develop your skillset!
