Working Hours: Monday to Friday with Saturdays on rota

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Inform customers about necessary service and repair work in a professional manner.
• Advice and Arrangements: Provide advice on timescales and collection arrangements.
• Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and communication throughout the service process.
• Documentation: Ensure all vehicle records and paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role such as Service Admin or Service Advisor.
• Sales Skills: Ability to sell additional products and services to customers.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
