Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

Role: Service Delivery Manager We are currently working with a large sale IT Services organisation who require a Service Delivery Manager to join their expanding and busy team. You will be responsible for service delivery to high-profile customers currently using the Managed Service platform. You will strive for all-round service excellence into the customer lists that you will be responsible for. You will fully understand your customers pain points, business goals and ensure the internal service is regularly reviewed to meet customer requirements, whilst always looking for ways to provide continuous improvement. Good IT background gained from an equivalent role or similar Demonstrable understanding of service operations The role will be on-site full time for the duration of your probation and would then move to a hybrid model thereafter.
