Were looking for a part-time Team Manager to help manage a team of Recovery Advisors and Workers for the Wellbeing Hub mental health group and community service. This roll is a fixed term 10 month role, covering maternity leave. This role is a job share post (working Wed-Fri) and is ideal for anyone wanting part-time hours alongside a current role or wanting to develop into a management role. Youll be supported by the Senior Service Manager and existing part-time Team Manager (Mon-Tues) to lead this service and gain valuable skills in management. To succeed in this role youll need a good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs. Youll receive a comprehensive induction followed up with regular training and well invest in you to give you all the tools you need to succeed. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of our innovative community mental health services in Brighton & Hove.
