Site Manager for re-cladding project – 9 storey – Erith, DA8

Position: Site Manager – External Refurbishment / Re- Cladding Project Location: Erith, DA8 Salary: £55k - £65k + Package Position: Site Manager required for a re-cladding project in Erith, DA8, reporting to a Contracts Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the site and managing sub-contractors and have an opportunity for genuine progression. Project: The project is a £2.3 million refurbishment (Re-Cladding) of a 9 storey residential block in Erith, DA8. Work includes stripping and replacing the cladding on the 9 storey block, reporting to a Contracts Manager. Company Overview: Our client has established itself as one of the largest and most successful providers of new build residential schemes. They undertake projects up to £60 million in and around London and the South East. They pride themselves on staff retention and training and due to structured successful expansion, they are a top 3 in their sector. Individual: The successful individual will have previous experience with cladding packages dealing with high rise projects and large scaffolding packages on residential schemes.
