They are looking for a driven and dynamic Maintenance Manager to join their team and oversee the maintenance operations across a portfolio of residential properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company where attitude, initiative, and a proactive approach are key.The Role:As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple maintenance projects simultaneously across the property portfolio, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. You will work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to address any maintenance issues swiftly and confidently.
