CNC Operator (Weekend Days)

Description McMullen Facades Ltd are currently recruiting forCNC Operators based at our Portadown site for Weekend Day Shift, Weekend Hours - Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7am to 7pm. Excellent hourly rate on offer starting at£15/hr, depending on skills and experience. Benefits include: Full PPE provided Corporate Gym membership Health Care Plan Accident and Life Cover Cycle to work scheme Canteen facilities including free tea and coffee Your role You will join an exceptional team and will operate CNC Machining Centres and Saws specialising in the preparation of aluminium profiles for the facades industry. These duties will include: Produce machined aluminium profile and components as per relevant engineering drawings. Set up, edit and operate machinery. Read and understand CNC programming information. Check and verify CNC programming and set up to ensure conformity. Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance tasks, record machine accuracy and performance metrics. Work to a machine shop schedule. Work closely with CNC programmers and fabricators. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing environment using CNC Machinery. Understanding of Health &Safety requirements within a workshop environment. Experience in quality systems and processes. Manual Handling/Lifting Equipment Experience.
