Production Operative

Our well-known and growing client is currently looking for a Production Operative to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis, based in Welham Green. As a Production Operative you will be provided with an excellent opportunity to grow and develop skills within the Manufacturing industry. The hours for this position are Monday to Thursday, 07.30-16.30, and Friday, 07.30-12.30 (30-minute unpaid break) The pay rate for this role is £11.50 per hour Main duties as a Production Operative: Picking products Packing products to be readied for dispatch Reeling Palletising Cutting cables Checking picking lists Printing labels Using the companies ERP system to check inventory What’s needed as a Production Operative: Good communication skills An interest and understanding in electronic technology and products Have a background in picking, packing, warehouse, checking stock, using a computer system to check inventory Strong IT skills Physically fit Strong attention to detail Ability to read and understand drawings Ability to work to tight deadlines Good team playing skills Temporary worker perks: 24/7 support Weekly pay Rewards and discounts Travel tax relief Please apply within
