The Role: In this high-impact role, you will report to the Commercial Director and work closely with the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer to drive business growth in the Northern Irish market. Your mission will be to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities that align with TST Groups strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and strengthen key client relationships within the TST network, ensuring long-term success and client satisfaction. Growth and Opportunity: Collaborate with clients to drive growth, identify new opportunities, and monitor performance to ensure consistent delivery of service excellence. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to implement solutions that exceed client expectations and maintain the highest service standards. Contract Support: Assist with contract negotiations, tenders, and commercial agreements, ensuring TST Groups competitive positioning. Strategic Planning: Partner with clients on forecasting and planning to meet strategic and commercial objectives. New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding TST Groups reach in the marketplace. Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to keep TST Group at the forefront of innovation. Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales activities, pipeline development, and progress against targets. What Were Looking For: Transport & Logistics Expertise: A solid background in the transport industry is essential. Additional knowledge in logistics or warehousing is highly advantageous. Commercially Savvy: Youll have a keen eye for identifying the right customer solutions and driving business growth through strategic decision-making. Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge long-lasting partnerships with new and existing clients. Organised & Efficient: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Effective Communicator: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills that influence positive outcomes. Self-Starter & Team Player: Proactive with a senior-level initiative while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Essential Requirements: A full driving licence and at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the transport industry.
