Driver / Labourer

Are you very much a "hands on" Driver happy to muck in at the workshop when not out driving? Looking for a permanent role directly working with the client, no temp work? Do you have a current Counter Balance FLT Licence? Would Standish in Wigan be an area you could easily commute to for work? Happy working 38.5 hours days Mon - Fri for £12.50 per hour which is £25025 per annum ? Have you got a clean driving licence and happy making early morning deliveries if required nationwide? Is a role where no two days are the same with challenges to overcome and a "muck in" attitude something that would suit you? Duties will include; * Driving a van taking products to site and collecting stock from suppliers * Working as a workshop operative with responsibility for unloading of stock deliveries using FLT. * Process materials on saw to sizes provided. Identify and distribute to correct areas. * Maintain minimum stock levels on consumables throughout the workshop. * Maintain plant and machinery regularly in line with maintenance schedule. Generally, includes checking for leaks and loose wires etc, cleaning down and oiling as required. * Loading our vehicles with materials and delivering to site. This can mean early mornings and drives to places like Birmingham. Must have a FLT Licence The position is NOT working through an agency but working directly with the company.
