Multi Skilled Plumber

I am working with a Devon based maintenance contractor to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join the team in Exeter. Your role will be to carry out responsive maintenance repairs within occupied properties.

Duties will include:

• Plumbing repairs
• Finding and fixing leaks
• Replacing showers
• Weekly and monthly PPM checks
• Unblocking sinks and toilets
• Carpentry
• Painting

You will need:

• A qualification in plumbing
• To be multi skilled
• CSCS card - desirable
• Experience working within a similar role
• Clean driving licence
• Own tools
