IAM Engineer

Cybersecurity is one of the areas which they have identified for tremendous investment and growth.Your new roleYou will be working on complex engagements in Identity & Access Management, and you will be responsible for the delivery of cutting-edge technical solutions.You will be working within the Cyber Security team, delivering high quality work to clients in the IAM domain. You will be involved in a wide range of challenging engagements, from IAM strategy definition and IAM control reviews, to large scale IAM transformations.Their clients are under increasing regulatory scrutiny, continually battling a rapidly changing cyber threat while harnessing the opportunities offered by digital services.As an Assistant Manager, you will be expected to support on challenging and complex engagements. You will aim to understand the business issues and support in translating IAM and cyber security issues into straightforward, credible, jargon free advice to clients; and delivering the support they require.You will be taking on complex IAM problems, find creative ways to resolve them using a combination of processes and technology and help clients manage their IAM risk.You will lead IAM project work-streams from inception through to final delivery.You will provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls.You will provide support in developing strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans for multiple IAM domains.You will provide specialist knowledge on IAM tooling, and their integration with client IT systems.You will communicate clearly with clients and with stakeholders at all levels of the business.What you need to succeedYou will need proven experience of IAM requirements gathering, and strategy and design development.You will need proven experience of managing and delivering aspects of IAM projects.You will need proven experience of implementing one or more of the following IAM solutions: Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTust and Microsoft Entra ID. You will need the ability to interpret enterprise scale user data, generate insights and construct solutions.You will need to be a good communicator with the ability to build strong and lasting internal and client relationships.
