I'm delighted to be partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation as they recruit a key member of the Brand & Creative Team.If you're a strong people leader with a creative lens and have a proven track record of supporting stakeholders at all levels, then this is a really exciting opportunity to be part of a team who are doing great things from a brand point of view.Key Duties:Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and mentorshipDrive creative brainstorming sessions and encourage innovative thinking within the teamBe the Brand Ambassador for the organisations visual identity including imagery, video, animation and graphics.Lead ideation, provide art and creative direction to the Creative Team, Agency and Business StakeholdersKey Requirements:A proven track record in leading, coaching and motivating an in-house studio or creative agency team is essential for this role.Excellent stakeholder management skills - challenge, influence and support the organisations vision.Formal design training with a great understanding and passion across current and evolving design channelsYou will be super organised and process driven with the ability to see things through a creative lens.The organisation go above and beyond the "norm" when it comes to benefits and flexible working so this is absolutely a business you'll want to work for!25 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holiday's35 Hours a week offering flexible working, compressed hours to suit the individualBonus - up to 15%Pension contribution of up to 11%Private medical insurance, dental, and healthcare plans on offerCreative Team MemberSalary c£45,000-£55,000 basicLeeds/hybrid - 1-2 days a month - flexible on location as long as you can travel to Yorkshire with ease.
