The ideal candidate should have some previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, be well-presented, well-spoken, articulate and outgoing and have a genuine interest in progressing their career as an Estate agent. A local candidate with good local knowledge would be ideal! The role will involve showing local homes, agreeing negotiations and following the sale to its completion.
