A German speaking Collections Executive to join the Collections department for a global embedded Financing Platform. Client Details An award winning Fintech financing platform for top e-commerce and payment platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Dojo, Google, Just Eat Takeaway, and Takepayments. Description To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers Contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns in order to achieve weekly collections. Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms. Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems. Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.Profile MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH. At least one year's experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance Be highly reliable, organised and reliable. Have excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data. Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong work ethic and can do attitude. Team player.
