Head of Product Marketing Fully remote Crypto/Blockchain

Fidarsi are excited to be partnering with a blockchain business that are growing rapidly. They have some of the best technology out there, are faster and less costly than other firms and have never had downtime!

They are seeking a visionary Head of Product Marketing with a strong focus on engaging and expanding their developer community. This pivotal role involves leading the go-to-market strategy for new products, managing product launch campaigns, developing a comprehensive content strategy, and clearly communicating the value of the platform to a global audience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology, coupled with extensive experience in product marketing and launch execution.

You will drive storytelling and narrative development around technology and developers. You will have the challenge of promoting the brand to developers, tech-heavy companies and technically savvy entrepreneurs. This is a role for someone deeply interested in developing product messaging, proactive pitches, presentations, and thought leadership narratives for products built across the company.

Core duties include:

Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging and launch plans that appeal specifically to developers and foster deep engagement with the platform. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to understand product functionalities and roadmap to effectively market to the developer community. Analyse developer needs and market trends to recommend product enhancements or new features. Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, BD, and Product/Engineering to ensure cohesive launch efforts and consistent messaging. Cultivate and leverage relationships with ecosystem projects, partners and grantees in order to strengthen the community. Develop and lead a comprehensive content strategy that spans all types of content, including digital, print, video, and social media, to support product launches and brand positioning. Plan and execute an integrated content calendar that aligns with product launches, marketing campaigns, and strategic objectives. Create high-quality content that effectively communicates the benefits of the platform, including whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and promotional materials.

Must have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in product/developer marketing, of which 3+ years in blockchain/crypto Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its potential impact across various sectors Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to produce clear and compelling content Strong coordination and organisation skills
