Morgan McKinley Sussex has a lovely opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Exec to work for a lovely company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. We have an Internal Communications Exec role which will be working on a permanent hybrid basis, supporting the Internal Comms Manager with creating engaging and inspiring communications to support the company's Internal Communications strategy.
Salary: up to 28K + excellent benefits
Location: Hybrid working - 2-3 days office
Hours: 35 hour working week
Internal Communications duties:
- Support the Internal Communications Manager in the delivery of the annual internal communications plan
- Conduct research and analysis to contribute to the employee engagement strategy
- Support with the design, development and delivery of engaging communications to the target audience
- Be a key point of contact for all employee communication queries
- Manage the day to day running of the internal intranet
- Utilising technical skills to create and support the production of communication correspondence
- Support the health and wellbeing initiatives
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in communications, marketing - Internal Communications type role
- Ability to demonstrate creative writing skills, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
