Are you passionate about nurturing talent and enhancing employer branding? DCS Group is seeking an Early Careers and Communications Advisor to lead the recruitment and engagement of entry-level talent, boost our employer brand, and drive internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Early Career Recruitment: Lead the attraction and selection of entry-level talent, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and stay ahead of talent trends.
- Employer Brand: Elevate our employer brand through channels like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and TikTok, and engage with local schools and colleges.
- Apprentice Mentoring: Develop a vibrant community for our apprentices and manage impactful engagement programs.
- Internal Communication: Oversee internal communications, manage content for the DCS Life Intranet, and facilitate employee feedback forums.
Qualifications & Skills:
- English & Maths GCSEs or equivalent
- Strong numerical ability, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in recruitment and employer branding
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adaptable to change
