The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Consultant/Resourcer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, identifying, and engaging with potential candidates across the Electrical and Gas markets, filling a variety of roles for our clients. You will work closely with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability for roles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Manage candidate databases and maintain up-to-date records
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Support recruitment consultants in delivering excellent service to clients
• Keep up to date with market trends and candidate availability

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-focused environment is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for candidate sourcing
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to succeed
