Client Relations Specialist Up to £34k London (EC4M) Are you a people person with a knack for organisation? If so, our client, who are a specialist Divorce and Family law firm situated in Central London, will want to speak with you. They are seeking a warm and dynamic professional to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you'll handle online enquiries and phone calls, providing a sensitive, supportive experience from the very start. Working closely with the team of solicitors, you'll guide clients to the right professional, arrange initial meetings, and follow up to ensure instructions proceed smoothly. You'll be welcoming clients in person, managing relationships, and keeping detailed records to ensure the highest level of service. What They Are Looking For: * Experience in a client-facing or operations role. * Degree-level education (preferred but not essential). * Some understanding of the legal sector (a bonus). * Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. * High emotional intelligence, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to different clients. * Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. * A team player who thrives under pressure and is eager to contribute to the success of the business.
