We are looking for a Senior Teacher to join our team. We are now looking for a Senior Teacher with TELFQ status (eg DELTA) to work closely with and support the Director of Studies in managing the delivery of our English programmes. You will focus on ensuring that the school has the appropriate teaching and learning resources to deliver the curriculum to the highest level as well as supporting with testing, induction, student reports and attendance. Another key area of responsibility will in staff development through observation, mentoring and CPD delivery. The role will afford extensive opportunities to contribute to the continued development of the school’s academic provision. This is an excellent opportunity for an excellent TEFL Teacher, who is looking to expand their skills and progress their career with an industry leader. What you’ll bring to the role * TEFLQ Status - For example via a DELTA or equivalent * Experience in administration work (preferably in an ELT environment) * Experience in developing learner autonomy * Experience in effective student counselling and tutorials * Experience in teaching a variety of levels * Experience in teaching exam preparation and/or business classes What we do Every year, Kaplan International Languages (KIL) helps students from various countries to develop and improve their English language skills.
