Lead, sell, and drive growth in fire safety and security solutions with a high-performing team Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to meet targets. Develop strategies with the Sales Director to boost market share. Conduct performance reviews and support team development. Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture. Individual Sales & Account Management: Sell product lines, focusing on key accounts and high-value opportunities. Promote new products, especially for international expansion. Build strong client relationships and pursue growth opportunities. Sales Strategy & Reporting: Work with the Sales Director to align strategies with growth goals, including international markets. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies. Provide sales performance and market intelligence reports. Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with marketing on campaigns and product launches. Liaise with product development to stay updated and provide feedback. Skills & Qualifications: Proven sales leadership experience in fire safety, security, or electronics. Strong B2B sales track record and ability to balance management with personal sales. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. Experience in international markets and managing major key accounts.
