Who Are You?
We are on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Agency Manager who is looking for a new challenge.
The right candidate will have 5+ years experience in permanent recruitment, will have managed multiple consultants & will have an exceptional background in operational excellence.
You will be someone who is very process driven, uses metrics to drive success, hold yourself & your team to high standards and is ambitious to move a growing business even further forward over the next few years. You will be a people person with a personality that brigs the best out of others.
You will be impatient to get things done, have a pro-active mindset and take initiative in the role all whilst offering a best-in-class customer centric approach to your clients & candidates.
We want people who are hungry to succeed and arent happy sitting in their comfort zone.
