About the role: We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) specialising in English as an Additional Language (EAL) to join our friendly team. Application Requirements:• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within Key Stage 2.• A strong understanding of EAL strategies and techniques.• A passion for education and helping children with diverse needs.• Excellent communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach. Key Responsibilities:• Provide targeted support to students with English as an Additional Language, helping them develop their language skills across all subjects.• Assist in planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons and interventions.• Monitor and track students' progress, offering feedback and encouragement to ensure they reach their potential.• Collaborate closely with class teachers, SEN coordinators, and other TAs to create a supportive learning environment.
