THE SEARCH:Altus Partners is delighted to be working with a leading growth buyout fund that will invest across the UK and Europe, targeting investments of up to £150m across the Business Services, Tech – Enabled services and software space.As part of a collegiate team you’ll be able to hit the ground running, originating and leading on deal execution, with past experience in the sectors they operate in and a network in place will be crucial. The fund is targeting a new fund raise in H1 of 2025 and had a track record of promoting Directors to Partner.??THE ROLE: Origination on new investment opportunities throughout the UK and EuropeLeading of deal executionMonitor and evaluate performance of portfolioUnderstand, articulate and develop investment strategy THE REQUIREMENTS:Significant Private Equity deal experience, having originated and lead dealsExperience in the Business Services, Tech – Enabled services and software spaceYou’ll have the ability to manage junior team members and different stakeholders, with maturity and confidenceStrong written and verbal communication skills
