Job Opportunity: Product Development Engineer/Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Fife. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility for an extension.
Role: Product Development Engineer
Location: Fife
Contract: 3 months (Mon-Fri) Inside IR35
Hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test new electrical products
Perform testing to meet compliance and national standards
Work closely with the team in the test lab using specialized test equipment
Contribute to various stages of product development, from design to prototyping
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, 2+ years of relevant industry experience
Hands-on experience in test labs and use of electrical test equipment
Ability to work on-site daily, with flexibility depending on the project stage
Desirable Skills:
Experience in designing data cables or working in NPI environments
Familiarity with compliance testing for new products
