Junior Category Manager – Top4 GroceryBranded FMCG£competitive + bonusBerkshireThe role:Reporting into the Category Manager, this pivotal position will take the lead with a Top4 Grocery customer whilst also having responsible for two other key retailers and deliver category-based stories turning insight into action. Working with market data, you will present a compelling brand story to the customer and the wider internal team whilst having the influential skills to deal with possible objections both from internally or the customer.You:Category Management or Market Research experience working for/with FMCG brandsAbility to identify gaps in category and use insights and convert into development by delivery strong recommendationsWorking knowledge category data platforms such as IRI, Kantar or Nielsen Excellent presentation skills and an accurate eye for detailSolid commercial acumen with the ability to influence through using category dataMust be comfortable with working 2 days within the Berkshire region and 3 days from homeThis role would suit a Category Executive looking for more responsibility whilst working for a #1 UK brand. Candidates will also be considered from a Marketing/Data Research background with experience of working with FMCG brands.
