Description

• Procuring materials for manufacturing and operations.
• Expediting orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts.
• Working closely with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to meet company objectives.
• Handling any supply chain issues promptly and professionally.
• Participating in process improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Reporting on procurement activities and performance.

Profile

A successful Engineering Buyer should have:

• A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience reading technical drawings.
• Experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• A good understanding of procurement processes and policies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
