Regional Business Change Manager - Covering South Region Trusts


Job Summary:


We are seeking a Regional Business Change Manager to join our Federated Data Platform Team. In this role, you will lead and manage key business change initiatives across the region, ensuring the effective implementation of our Federated Data Platform in Trusts. You will align these initiatives with NHS strategic goals to enhance healthcare service delivery.


You will work closely with internal Trust teams and senior stakeholders to oversee business change activities, provide strategic guidance, and act as the main point of contact for business change efforts. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant improvements in healthcare outcomes through effective change management and data-driven strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and management of a Change Network for Trusts in your region, acting as the primary contact for business change roles.
  • Oversee the smooth delivery of business change activities, ensuring that all roles are executing their responsibilities effectively.
  • Prepare and manage communications and briefings for high-level stakeholders, addressing complex program and implementation issues.
  • Coordinate with Trust teams to develop and implement effective business change strategies that align with NHS objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Regional Account Manager and Business Readiness Manager, ensuring effective team performance and alignment with strategic goals.


About You:


We are looking for a strong leader with extensive experience in managing business change within complex environments, particularly in the healthcare sector. You have a deep understanding of NHS processes and culture and a proven ability to lead teams through structured change management practices. Your skills in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and communication will be crucial in driving the success of our Federated Data Platform initiatives.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • A Master’s degree in Business Change, Management, or a related field, would be ideal
  • Extensive experience in change management, particularly within the healthcare sector or NHS.
  • Strong project management skills, including proficiency with MS Project or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.


Working Conditions:


  • Hybrid work model with a combination of remote work and regular travel to Trusts in your region and our central office in Waterloo, London.
  • Salary: £58,972 - £68,525 per annum (AfC Band 8B).
  • Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week).
