Web3 Events Manager

My client is a pioneering blockchain organisation that is doing exciting and innovative work within the industry. Due to ongoing growth they are looking for an Events Manager with Web3 experience to join their team. This is a fast-paced environment and they need someone who has knowledge of and is passionate about the Web3/Blockchain industry. Role and Responsibilities * Design events (commercial and technical), handle coordination and organisation, run the events, invite attendees and ensure good turnouts. This includes overseeing event logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, attendee management, registration platforms, event communications, and ticketing if applicable. * Plan and manage event budgets * Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with venues, suppliers, and vendors; * Measure event success against predefined KPIs (attendance, engagement, feedback, etc.) and generate post-event reports. Implement improvements based on attendee feedback and event data. * Promote all the events’ activities of the DSF on official DSF channels; * Proofread all public-facing materials; * Prepare contingency plans for event disruptions or unforeseen issues and act * quickly to solve problems on-site. You will need to have: * Knowledge of and passion for the blockchain and technology industries * End-to-end organisation of small and large events including conferences * Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a structured manner * Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Experience with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Whova) and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams). * A strong work ethic and able to travel when required In return they offer a generous salary and bonus and the opportunity to work for an organisation that are doing some really exciting things within the industry
