Senior Employment Associate

This role offers significant client responsibility and exposure while being part of a supportive team.The FirmThe firm serves as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients across various sectors, including transport and logistics, international trade, retail, insurance, marine, health, education, manufacturing, the public sector, and banking and financial services.Team Overview:The team advises health organizations nationwide on workforce matters, including high-profile employment tribunal litigation and strategic advisory work.They support clients such as NHS England, NHS Trusts, GP practices, private hospital groups, and other healthcare service providers. Key Responsibilities:Provide legal advice to a broad range of healthcare clients across the NHS, primary care, and private health sectors.Handle all aspects of employment law, including drafting employment documents, advising on maternity/paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, and employment tribunal claims.Provide transactional support.Build and maintain client and internal relationships.Contribute to business development initiatives.Essential Requirements:Qualified Solicitor (In England & Wales).Proven experience supporting an employment team.Ability to manage a caseload and provide sound, pragmatic advice.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Adherence to guidelines and procedures.Understanding of clients’ needs and expectations.Flexibility in approach and willingness to work outside normal office hours if needed.If you are interested in this position, and you meet the requirements of the role, please click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
